If you contact us for support, or register for an account, we will need proof you are who you say you are.

Students | If you have an helpdesk portal account setup, and your registered email is your school email account. | We can also call/email your school to relay details. |
If we cannot verify your identity
We are unable to reset any passwords (365, computer, helpdesk portal) for Device Scheme helpdesk portal users which are not set up with their school email address, in this situation we would forward any reset details onto the school to distribute to the users.
If we cannot verify your identity
We will not be able to provide support that would grant you access to data. We can provide generic assistance to allow you to provide proof that we need to support you.
Please do not confront our staff. They must follow procedure to ensure that we are safeguarding staff and students.
