If your device is not charging, please follow the steps in this article.
1) Ensure you are using the charger which came with the laptop when you joined the device scheme.
2) Unplug the laptop from the charger and hold the power button for 20 seconds, then plug the laptop in and see if it begins charging.
3) Plug the device in for a few hours (5-6 hours) and try switching it on after this time.
4) Have a look inside the charging port, see if there is any debris or a bent charging pin inside the laptop. (If this is the case, you will need to submit an insurance/warranty claim.)
5) Try charging the device with someone else's charger (a friend or colleague) to see if their charger works then the charger is the issue. (If this is the case, you will need to submit an insurance/warranty claim.)
6) If none of the above work, then it is most likely an internal hardware issue which an insurance or warranty claim would need submitting with CPU via their portal. Parent Portal Login | CPU Mobile Learning
